Thermal insulation is a liquid ceramic coating with thermal insulation and waterproofing properties. Microceramic filler, integrated into the mixture of acrylic copolymers. It is used as an antifungal, anti-corrosive, thermal insulation coating for exterior walls, heating, sewage and water supply systems, window frames, cisterns and tanks.

The insulating properties of this material are based on the vacuum's ability to maintain the desired temperature, limiting the ingress of cooled or heated air particles from the outside. It is based on millions of vacuum hollow particles which, when applied and dried, form a tight membrane. Particle diameter from 20 to 120 microns.

Liquid thermal insulation as a result of polymerization becomes a permanent covering, reducing heat loss up to 40%, it is impervious to water, and at the same time allows the surface to breathe freely. Vapor permeability, thanks to which there is an intensive air exchange, additionally saves 7-9% of heat and protects against the development of fungi, mold, corrosion and other negative effects of the environment.

The material can expand by a quarter without interfering with adhesion to the surface. One square meter of the coating can withstand up to 380 ml of water / hour and dry quite quickly after rain.DRYING TIME: At approx. 150 microns, film coat will be fully dry in approx

That is why SAFEDIQUL THERMAL INSULATION is used as a finishing agent for wall insulation, floor insulation, facade insulation, external roof insulation and attic insulation from the inside, insulation of houses, production buildings, rooms for various purposes, as well as in industry and in the transport industry.

This variant of insulation has one more advantage over the others. In particular, the agent applied during the summer period, will soon "dry" the moisture that has penetrated into the walls and roofs. Intensive air exchange will allow the discharge of unnecessary moisture to the outside, and will enhance the evaporation process. While the work will be performed in the summer, this will become an additional energy cost saving factor, allowing you to save on artificial cooling of the room.

NANOTERMAL INSULATION is used as a finishing agent for thermal insulation of walls, floors, facades, thermal insulation of the external roof and insulation of the attic from the inside, insulation of single-family, industrial and historic buildings, pipes, as well as in the transport industry. This variant of insulation has a few more advantages: it protects against fire, increases acoustics, reduces heating costs, increases the comfort of use in the facility and is very easy to apply to the surface.

THERMAL INSULATION IN MONUMENTS

nanoThermal insulation for painting -  liquid ceramic nanocoating, protecting against weather conditions even the smallest details of stucco in historic and sacred buildings. Ecological preparation for painting interior and exterior facades or foundations. A perfectly even coating that protects against moisture, mold and fungus. The use of 6 mm of insulation in historic buildings corresponds to approximately 12 cm of mineral wool. It does not change the architecture.
